Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet Special Editions 2013




Volkswagen has conceptualised three special edition models for the open-top Beetle at its market launch: the stylish “50s Edition”, the cool “60s Edition” and the elegant “70s Edition.” Each of the three editions reflects the style of a decade – in tribute to the legendary Beetle Cabriolet. It’s only been a week since the new Beetle Cabriolet went on sale in Germany, but
already they’ve announced something different. It’s called the "Exclusive" and its a package that’s been developed by Volkswagen R GmbH. The packages are available with the coupe as well and are available i two versions, the base “Sport” line and the higher “Design”.

  • The 50s Edition Beetle Cabriolet ( Price: £24,655 )


The 50s Edition, with offers such features as black 17” Orbit wheels, a black hood and chrome door mirrors and “Monochrome Black” paint. You can lighten up the dark theme by choosing beige leather, or you can stick with black leather!


  • The 60s Edition Beetle Cabriolet ( Price: £25,875 )


The 60s Edition model was inspired by the style of the 1960s with choice of either Denim Blue or Candy White paint. both come with a black hood, with high-end sport seats in black-blue “Vienna” leather and either “Denim Blue” or “Candy White” body colour


  • The 70s Edition Beetle Cabriolet ( Price: £25,540 )


The “70s Edition” aims for elegance – with “Toffee Brown Metallic” or “Platinum Grey Metallic”. Apart from the Java Brown metallic paint, there’s a beige leather interior leather sport seats., beige hood and chrome door mirrors.


The new Beetle Convertible launches on the USA market at the end of November 2012; in Europe, the Volkswagen launches in February 2013.
